In 2021, ADB, in collaboration with the Open Government Partnership, sought solutions that enabled citizens to monitor public spending for COVID-19 response and recovery. GoodGovPH, which was selected, developed a chatbot that enabled Filipino citizens, particularly older persons, to check if they qualified for government aid programs.
